4. Eat a healthy meal! Subway is a good fast food alternative. McDondalds makes nourishing salads, make sure to get a Diet Coke!
4. Do not smoke tobacco or other things! If you HAVE to smoke, go with a filtered light cigarette.
5. It is ok to ask for help from your friends! Buy any weight loss supplements that they sell, maybe even join their downline!
